Salon Policy

At Shannon Albert Hair, every guest experience is designed with care, intention, and respect for your time and mine. These guidelines help ensure that each visit flows smoothly and that I can continue to provide a laid-back, luxury experience for all my guests.

​​Pricing Structure

All pricing listed reflects starting rates and may vary based on your individual goals, hair length, and the time required to achieve your desired look. A consultation is recommended for a personalized quote prior to booking your appointment.

Deposits

To reserve an Extension or Color Correction appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

If you need to reschedule and provide at least 14 days’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to your next appointment within four weeks. Cancellations made within 14 days of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as that time has been exclusively reserved for you.

This policy allows me to continue offering the highest level of service and availability to all guests.

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.
No charges will be made without notice unless a cancellation or no-show occurs per the policy below.

Appointment Confirmations

You’ll receive a confirmation text and/or email 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note that it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time, even if a reminder is not received due to technical issues.

Late Arrivals

Out of respect for all guests, a 10-minute grace period is provided.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in modified services or the need to reschedule, in which case a $50 per-service rescheduling fee will apply.

Satisfaction Promise

I take great pride in ensuring you love your results.
While refunds are not offered, a complimentary adjustment may be scheduled within four days of your visit if you are not fully satisfied with your outcome. 
To qualify for adjustments, a professional color-safe shampoo and conditioner purchased from Shannon Albert Hair must be used. This ensures the integrity and longevity of your color.

​Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Life happens — I completely understand.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
A no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the total service amount. 
These policies protect my small business and ensure appointment availability for all guests.

Product Return Policy

Due to the nature of my boutique salon, all retail sales are final.
This includes all products, hair extensions, and custom-ordered items.

Color Correction Consultations

A consultation is required prior to all color correction appointments. During this time, we’ll discuss your color history, product use, and any medications that may affect the outcome of your service. Please disclose all relevant details — including prescription medications, use of box color, well water exposure, or previous chemical treatments — to ensure the safest and most beautiful results possible. A color correction consent form will be reviewed and signed before services begin to ensure alignment on process and expectations.

A Note on Hair Integrity

My focus is always on maintaining the health and beauty of your hair. Please be transparent about any prior chemical, thermal, or at-home treatments. Failure to disclose this information may affect your results, and Shannon Albert Hair cannot be held responsible for damage caused by unreported history or chemical interactions.
