Salon Policy

​At Shannon Albert Hair,

every detail is designed to deliver a refined, five-star experience.

If you’re new, I invite you to begin with a complimentary consultation so we can thoughtfully assess your hair goals and create a fully customized plan tailored just for you.

Pricing

All services are customized. Pricing reflects starting rates and may vary based on hair length, density, and time required. A consultation is the best way to receive an accurate quote.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve Extension and Color Correction appointments.
• Deposits may be transferred with 14+ days’ notice (within 4 weeks)
• Cancellations within 14 days will result in deposit forfeiture

Appointments & Scheduling

A valid card on file is required to secure all bookings.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving 10 minutes late or more may result in appointment cancellation or modification. In these cases, a No Show fee may apply.
• Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% fee of services booked. This must be paid prior to rebooking.
• No Shows: Missed appointments will result in a 100% fee of services booked. This must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

Service Satisfaction

Your experience and results are my priority.

While refunds are not offered, adjustments may be made within 7 days of your appointment if needed.

To ensure the integrity of your color and extensions, professional products must be used at home. Results cannot be guaranteed without proper aftercare.

Hair Integrity, Transparency & Color Corrections

Maintaining the health and integrity of your hair is always the priority. Please be transparent about all prior color history, at-home treatments, medications, and environmental factors (such as well water), as these can significantly impact your results. The salon cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or undisclosed information.

All color correction services require a consultation and signed consent form prior to booking. Each correction is approached on a fully customized, case-by-case basis to protect your hair, and multiple sessions or additional investment may be necessary to safely achieve your desired result.

Retail & Products

All retail sales are final.

Exchanges are only accepted for defective items within 7 days of purchase and must be unused.
Tools, extensions, and custom orders are non-refundable and subject to manufacturer warranties.

Service Policy

All services are final sale.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies, allowing us to maintain the highest level of service and experience for every guest.
